Rafting on the Salmon River

On Sept. 1, we went to Riggins for Jerry Jr's birthday and went rafting on the Salmon River. We camped out Friday night 10 miles upstream from Riggins. The next morning the smoke from all the forest fires came rolling down the canyon pretty thick. But after a good camp breakfast, we broke camp and started down the river. It was a great day even with all the smoke.
